Asije was born in California to a military family and moved around often growing up. Her surroundings constantly changing allowed her to imagine what her ideal surroundings would look like and she spent most of her free time drawing floor plans and creating mood boards. She eventually began to help her family with their home redesigns.

Asije has always balanced her logical and creative sides by supplementing her studies by painting or drawing at home. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design at Florida State University. She now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
